This Institute was founded under The patronage of Hazrat Aziz-e-Millat in 1989 . Its primary aim is to conduct biographical , historical and research works on Hafiz-e-Millat , Jamia Ashrafia and the product of Ashrafia . This institute organized the first Hafiz-e-Millat Seminar on december7, 1991 . It has also organized a significant seminar on the life , contribution and achievement of Sharih-e-Bukhari Hazrat Mufti Shariful Haque Amjadi ,the head Mufti of the department of Ifta. This was the first attempt to conduct research work on the life of Hazrat Sharih-e-Bhukhari.

The collection of the articles of the first seminar, entitled "Hafiz-e-Millat-Afkar aur Karname", edited by Maulana Mubarak Hussain Misbahi, has been published by this institute. The articles of the second seminar, under the title "Anwar-e-Hafiz-Millat" have been published in the Ashrafia Monthly in 1994.
